Save as uncompressed JPG or PNG

Don't crop - Send the full image

Option 2: Get your original photo scanned at your Local Photo Center

Go to your local Walgreens, Walmart or CVS

Ask for a high-resolution scan

Save it to your USB drive or email it to yourself

Upload the file with your order

Option 3: Take a Photo of your Photo (Good Alternative)

Use a high-end smartphone (iPhone Pro or Samsung Galaxy)

Use 2X zoom for better detail

Take the photo in good, even light

Avoid reflections - tilt the phone slightly or adjust your angle

Take a few shots, and upload the clearest one with your order.

Note: The photo of the young girl at the top of our website and in all of our adds came from the original 2x3 photo, then captured with the iPhone 11 Pro Max on 2X mode.
